北卡大学系统将通过与北卡州大孔院和北卡国际理解中心等单位合作，通过网络教学与面授等多种形式，在北卡17个校区开设中文课程，加强北卡大学与中方合作院校的伙伴关系;招收更多的中国留学生，增强中国学生和当地学生和社区的联系等。
